POWERFUL TECHNIQUES YOU CAN USE TO CLEAN YOUR ENERGY

There are so many ways we can accumulate energy and feel heavy and weighed down. Most of the time It’s not even our own energy, we pick it up from people we interact with or from the collective.

Our energy field extends from our heart out through the body up to 20 feet around. This energy filed is always interacting with other fields of energy such as, other people and frequencies such as WIFI etc. Our five bodies of consciousness are the Mental body, the Physical body, the Vital body, the Supramental body and the Bliss body.


Keeping a flow of energy throughout these 5 bodies and the environment around us creates space and flow within us, and without. 

Take a shower/bath

A simple shower will ground and clear your energy this is why it feels so relieving to take a shower. Ahhhh, take a deep breathe and relax.

De-clutter your home

A cluttered home is a cluttered mind. And the quality of your mind affects the quality of the your energy structure. And ultimately the health of your physiology. 

Remove old objects, receipts/invoices, documents, items that no longer bring you joy or purpose you could consider giving them away. Organise the items in your home. Order resonates with order so you can align and centre easily at home if all of your personal belongings are orderly.

Keeping your home clean and tidy keeps the energy flow throughout your house fresh too. I love to put out fresh flowers, they totally elevate the vibration of the room. Did you know that roses hold the highest frequency of the plant kingdom?

Meditate

This is the key to transformation. If you can develop a daily meditation practice your thoughts and mind will transform as will your outer world. There are so many different techniques so experiment and find one that suits you. Invoke light to cleanse and clear your energy. Envision a cascade of white light flowing though the crown of your head throughout your whole body and energy field.

Movement

Helps shift stagnant energies in the body. Again, there are many techniques so find the one that suits you. Dancing can be very cathartic and helps move the energy through the body, also 'shaking it out' can help shift and release old energy from the body and field.



Breathe

We all know how to do it right? Or do we? Most of the time when we are rushing around the breath stays stuck and doesn’t flow down into the abdomen, consciously breathing deeply can really change our awareness and energy.


Take a deep breath into the belly and lower back

Hold 5,4,3,2,1

And release

Exhaling profoundly through the mouth.

Take a deep breath into the belly and lower back and ribs

Hold 5,4,3,2,1

And release

Exhaling profoundly through the mouth.

Releasing negative thoughts and emotions

Take a deep breath into the belly and lower back and ribs

Breathing in Harmony

Hold 5,4,3,2,1

And release

Exhaling profoundly through the mouth.

And relax.
