My name is Rebecca Ann, I am passionate about helping people shift from a state of survival to Living Life Fully Alive.

​

I’m a super curious mystic with a scientific geek side. I love reading, learning, laughing and connecting the dots in the Universe. Connecting with source and embodying my higher self is a daily practice for me.

I always felt connected and empathic but didn't have the tools to really pursue it. During my early life I just felt there was something more than what was on offer I was always a seeker and left home first at 8 then 15. I was on a personal path of knowing thyself, healing and clearing family traumas. In early 2012 my world collapsed and a spiritual crisis soon followed. When I physically was not able to do yoga anymore I was forced to go inwards and see myself, and transform from that uncomfortable place.

Since then I have not stopped learning and diving deeper within, working with clients to shift out of fight or flight, and into Optimal Health. 

Originally from the UK, and living happily in Barcelona since 2007, I’m a Certified Holistic Health Therapist with a BA Honours degree in Holistic Health Sciences and Quantum Healing Coaching.

I work intuitively to harmonise the body, mind, soul and spirit into alignment and homeostasis. As a Mystery School Adept, living consciously is a lifestyle. Masters & PhD in Natural Medicine candidate with Quantum University. I train clients according to a new paradigm of Health based on the premises of Quantum Physics and Neuroscience, to bring about the full potentiality of individuals.

The Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul are Absolutely Interdependent and my mission is to bring clients into alignment by nourishing and activating the body, mind spirit and soul as one unified field of intelligence and radiant health.
